Aoife O’Connor, Product Executive, Marketing, APC, is our latest Values In Practice (VIP) award winner under the value - We innovate, adapt and continuously improve.

Aoife was nominated by Andrew Murphy, Head of Central Operations, APC who in his nomination submission said:

"As part of the Operational Plan for Peak 2023, all public counters in DSUs were opened on three Saturdays in December. Aoife led the coordination of a new Post Alert system, which informed customers that their parcels could be collected from the local DSU or Retail Office on those Saturdays.

"Through close collaboration with An Post GTS and An Post Commerce (APC) Operations, Aoife successfully developed an efficient process that significantly improved customer service. This innovative approach will now be integrated into future Peak planning strategies."
